Training today as usual:/ Heh, we did physical cause it was raining. Idk why, but Abi always misses the ankle weights! Second time already! Haha. So we split into 2 groups, and our group did dumbbells first. So each of us take 2 dumbbells. Then hold it at your sides, then slowly lift it up until your arm is at the same level as your shoulders. So we did a 100. Oh my god, it was damn tiring. After that, we did the ones where you lift it in front of you. That one was not as bad, i guess(: Haha, i think i have alot of
arm muscles now! Then we swapped with the other group, and we did ankle weights, then we did steps(Eeeeeew). So annoying, the ankle weight thing was a little too big, so when i jump, it kept smacking my ankle. But that was kinda better than the vertical jump, cause that ankle guard was kinda spoilt, and it kept smacking my ankle, and kept slipping down and down. So suckyyyy. The school should get new ankle guards! Haha. Okay, so took a ride home from Allyson
